For Every Momma Who Stayed
If you’ve ever been abandoned, overlooked, overwhelmed, or expected to carry everything alone—you belong here. These are my confessions. These are my scars. And this is the story of the mother who stayed, survived, and still refuses to break.

Confessions of the Jaded Momma is a raw and honest home for every woman who has survived more than she ever deserved. I am a daughter shaped by a traumatic abusive childhood. I have been a teen mom, an abandoned mom, a single mom, a step-mom, a married mom, a mother who has learned how to raise four kids alone while battling poverty, exhaustion, and fear—and currently a mom who is navigating a “emptying nest” and wife of 15 years to a medically retired Law enforcement officer living with severe PTSD, trying desperately to hang on.
This is where survival meets truth, where trauma meets healing, and where a jaded momma finally gets to tell her side of the story. Hoping to help another momma not feel so alone in the many ever-changing moments of Motherhood.
I became the mother and father my kids needed when their father chose an easier life elsewhere. I’ve fed my babies when I didn’t know where our next meal was coming from. I’ve worked through heartbreak, custody battles, loneliness, and emotional landmines—while trying to protect my babies and save a marriage with a husband who now fights demons I can’t see.
